Morris & Morris Attorneys, P.L.L.C. is a law firm located in Dexter, Michigan. We represent clients primarily in Southeast Michigan but also throughout the state and beyond. We concentrate our practice in bankruptcy, insolvency and commercial matters but we maintain a broad practice because in addition to representing clients in financial crisis, we serve a number of long-term clients. We strive to fully understand a client’s legal, financial and business issues.
A significant portion of our practice is in representing debtors, but we represent creditors, including institutional creditors, purchasers and sellers of businesses, small businesses and other parties, both in bankruptcy cases and out. Our approach to these matters is similar: We identify options and implement solutions.
